TRC Engineering operates within the State of Texas and is owned by Curtis H. Hunt and Herman C. Roark, Jr.
	Border to Border Communications Border to Border Communications, Inc., established in 1991, is an Incumbent Local Excange Carrier. Its service area covers approximately 850 square miles in Zapata County, Texas, which was a previously unserved area for local wireline telecommunications service. Border to Border Communications currently has 100+ access lines and is the process of a major plant upgrade that will provide the latest telecommunications technology via a Fiber to the Premise (FTTP) network.
	TRC Telecom TRC Telecom, Inc., established in 1999, is a prepaid and postpaid wholesale long distance company providing switching services to local exchange carriers, CLEC's and wireless carriers. TRC Telecom is proud to provide wholesale long distance services, calling cards, and 800 services to a number of the member companies of the Texas Lone Star Network (TLSN). TRC Telecom currently operates two (2) Class 4 tandem switches located in Dallas, Texas and a third tandem switch in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
