Terms and Conditions
"You" and "Your" mean current or potential customers of this Frontera plan. You must be classified as a residential customer by your Local Telephone Company.
Frontera means Frontera Telecommunications, Inc. and any Frontera affiliates authorized to provide you with Frontera services.
1. To participate in this plan, you must:
- Have a Frontera Calling Card that is:
- associated with your main residential telephone account (which means Frontera must be your Primary Long Distance Carrier), or
- billed directly to you
- Enroll in this plan by doing one of the following:
- Complete and return a written subscription form to Frontera.
- Call a designated Frontera 800 number to subscribe.
- Subscribe during a marketing contact with Frontera.
2. This plan includes the following types of calls:
- Frontera customer-dialed state-to-state, in state, and international calls that are:
- Placed via the 800 number given by Frontera,
- Billed to your Frontera Calling Card, and
- Completed using an Frontera automated call processing system.
- All other types of calls are rated at basic rates unless you are enrolled in another Frontera plan or special offer that covers these other types of calls.
3. Frontera will provide the benefits of this plan until one or more of the following events occur:
- Frontera changes and/or discontinues this plan.
- Frontera is notified that you no longer subscribe to Frontera as your Primary Long Distance Carrier. Discontinuance will be effective as of the date Frontera's records show that you no longer subscribe to Frontera. However, you may subscribe to this plan if you obtain a Frontera Calling Card that is billed directly to you and not associated with your main residential telephone account.
- You notify Frontera that you want to withdraw from this plan.
4. You can enroll in only one state-to-state and/or international pricing plan for Frontera calling card calls for each main residential telephone account or direct billed account unless Frontera notes otherwise.
5. Frontera will bill for this plan based on the following:
- Duration of each call is recorded in whole minutes, with partial minutes rounded up to the next whole minute (for example, a 45-second call will be billed as a one-minute call).
- If your main residential telephone account has multiple lines associated with it, your usage charges for that account will be billed as if you have a single line account even though you have multiple lines.
- Billing Availability:
- Frontera will provide this plan in locations where billing and technical resources are available.
- Generally, billing is available in the areas served by most Local Telephone Companies.
- If you wish to subscribe to this plan, please call your Frontera Customer Service representative to check availability in your area.
